Modern higher medical education has the main goal of implementing the professional component of personal development. We are talking about the training of doctors that would be versatile and deeply educated, highly-humane, creatively-minded and quickly adaptable to new conditions experts. The principal difference of the new standards from the former one is to increase the share of practical training in the learning process of students. Unlike standards of the past, it will start during junior years and even get more intense during senior years of study. This will allow students immediately after graduation to be ready for independent professional activities in polyclinics as a district office physician, pediatrician or outpatient dentist. One of the directions in improving the medical education is the development of interdisciplinary relations - a new didactic concept of the holistic educational process of the university. The interdisciplinary integration is based on the idea of integrated modular training. One of the most common forms of interdisciplinary integration are the traditional integrated academic classes - lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and interdisciplinary teaching methods. In the modern interpretation, the interdisciplinary integration is the combination of knowledge and practical skills in all stages of specialist training. Interdisciplinary integration is a mutual influence, interpenetration and interrelation between the content of different disciplines with the aim of building an integrated, interrelated and coherent system of scientific competencies in students. Knowledge must serve humane purposes, and intellectual and professional development should be combined with moral growth. The students of the Medical Institute, M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University (MI NEFU), future qualified medical staff should understand their cultural mission, take responsibility for maintaining a healthy moral atmosphere in the society, and realize that belonging to the MI NEFU requires compliance with the high standards of professionalism, moral and decent behavior. The student must respect the moral tradition of the Russian medical science and higher education, to follow the traditions of generosity and selfless dedication to the medical profession. Not only during the learning process in the classrooms within the institute, university, healthcare organizations - clinical bases of the Institute, but also in their daily lives, students must correspond to the highest rank of the future doctor and form a positive image of the MI NEFU student in the society, which determined the real need for the Student Code of MI NEFU. The aim is active engaging of Medical Institute NEFU students in the creation of normative rules of conduct (the Code) to provide quality medical education and harmonious development of students, to form moral-ethic competencies of future qualified health professionals, as well as to enhance the prestige and image of MI NEFU as an educational institution with strong moral and ethical traditions. This is the first attempt to develop and adopt the student’s code of the medical school in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The Code stipulates the ethical-moral aspects of the students’ conduct, their attitude towards the teaching and learning process, relationships with lecturers and support staff, patients, and with each other, as well as their appearance, maintaining the university community in the spirit of unity, pride in belonging to the Medical Institute. The article presents the changes in the system of medical training, legally enshrined by the orders of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia in 2013 and 2016. It describes the gradual transition to the procedure of health workers accreditation in the period 2016-2025. There will be successive accreditation, first of specialist degree graduates (2016 and 2017), secondary and higher education graduates trained in accordance with Federal State Educational Standards (2018) and other professionals that have not been accredited (2021). The accreditation involves testing in the field of specialty, the assessment of practical skills and the ability to solve situational problems. The article shows the importance of preparing for accreditation and sitting trial exams with the use of the Assessment Tools Fund, open for access on the Methodological Accreditation Centre website. The authors brief on the experience of the initial accreditation of specialists who graduated from Dentistry and Pharmacy programmes, held in 2016. There is shown the role of simulation centres for accreditation, the need to improve their material and technical base for enhanced practical training. The authors also emphasize the advantages of the continuing medical education system, access to the registry of additional educational programmess, development of individual learning plans, selection of any educational programme including simulation training, internships, courses and cycles of refresher courses. The accreditation and continuing education system will enhance the quality of the training, contribute to the further development of practical public health, and play a significant role in the protection and promotion of population health

The article presents the results of the expedition survey of adolescents living in different districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). We did the definition of health groups and gradation of health groups depending on the territorial, ethnic and gender characteristics of the surveyed. A comparative analysis of the level of health of adolescents in Yakutia showed that climatogeographic, territorial characteristics of the disctrict of residence, socio-economic features of the territory, the way of life of the indigenous population of the North have a significant impact on health

The analysis of the incidence rate for the period 2007-2016 was carried out. (in the age aspect - since 1992) in the western economic zone of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), which included such districts as Verkhnevilyuysky, Vilyuysky, Lensky, Mirninsky, Nyurbinsky, Olekminsky, and Suntarsky. According to the medical and geographical zoning, these municipalities are mainly included in the Vilyuy group of districts. At the same time, the general and primary morbidity of both the general population and the age range was considered in adults and children (0-14 years) of the population. According to the official and departmental statistics, the analysis was carried out following the percentile method, first as a whole in the republic, then on the selected districts. Thus, the incidence rate for these districts is positioned in comparison with the indicators of all administrative-territorial entities of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). It turns out that of all the districts within the western economic zone, a favorable situation for general and primary morbidity, including depending on age groups, was found only in Verkhnevilyuysky District. However, for the sake of justice, it should be noted that there are no districts with critical values of these indicators. This article is devoted to peculiarities of forming motherhood in 15-19-year-old girls in the republic.. The data of empirical research performed on school and student sample Yakutsk, Churapcha’s schools are presented (n = 86; girls in the age of 15-19 years). For studying of representations of motherhood interrogation was applied. Results of the interrogation showed that the most important principle of the role of the motherhood, is formation of readiness at girls - future mothers before occurrence at them of the children. Given researches testify of low level of readiness of girls of school and student youth to the motherhood. Applied aspect of under study problem can be realized in the organization of volunteering among students, interns (MI NEFU) on increase of knowledge and propagation of the motherhood, breastfeeding, sexual literacy, chastity, monogamous marriage in Sakha (Yakutia) Republic educational establishments

In accordance with the task set, the incidence of the population in Verkhnevilyuysky, Verkhoyansky, Tattinsky and Even-Bytantaiskydistricts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for 2006-2016 was analyzed. At the same time, the general and primary morbidity of both the general population and the age range was considered in adults and children (0-14 years) of the population. According to official and departmental statistics, the analysis was carried out according to the percential method, first as a whole in the republic, then on the selected districts. Thus, the incidence rate for these districts is positioned in comparison with the indicators of all administrative-territorial entities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It turns out that in the Verkhnevilyuysky, Verkhoyansky, Tattinsky and Even-Bytantaisky uluses, the situation with general and primary morbidity is generally favorable both for the whole population and for the age aspect (in the adult and children’s population)
