Статья подготовлена по результатам проекта "Оценка, основные тенденции изменения природного и социально-экономического состояния, человеческого потенциала Восточной экономической зоны Республики Саха (Якутия)"; Программы комплексных научных исследований в Республике Саха (Якутия), направленных на развитие ее производительных сил и социальной сферы на 2016-2020 годы. Рассмотрены положительные тенденции развития системы общего, профессионального и дополнительного образования Восточной Якутии, такие как сохранение малокомплектных школ в отдаленных поселениях; реализация механизмов нормативно-подушевого финансирования; поддержка образовательных организаций с учетом этнокультурных особенностей населения сельского социума; создание филиалов СПО и ежегодное увеличение контрольных цифр приема на обучение по программам подготовки квалифицированных рабочих, специалистов среднего звена. Выявлены проблемные точки образования в регионе, а именно: нехватка высококвалифицированных педагогических кадров в организациях общего и дополнительного образования; материально-техническое состояние зданий образовательных организаций, требующих капитального ремонта; низкая скорость доступа к сети Интернет в регионе и др. Раскрыты возможности функционирования учебных заведений профессионального образования и их дальнейшего развития с учетом социально-экономических вызовов и потребностей РФ в целом, Северо-Востока и Республики Саха (Якутия) в частности. Определены прогнозируемые востребованные данным регионом профессии и специальности на 2020-2030 годы в сфере геологии, горнодобывающей и золотодобывающей промышленности, транспорта, энергетики и др. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы в процессе выработки предложений для принятия обоснованных управленческих решений по развитию системы образования в регионе в условиях их модернизации с учетом образовательно-производственного потенциала.
The article is based on the results of the project ҺAssessment, main trends of changes and socio-economic status, human potential of the Eastern Economic Zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)һ, the Program for Comprehensive Scien tific Research in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), financing for the development of its productive forces and social sphere in 2016-2020. Positive tendencies in the development of the system of general, professional and additional education in Eastern Yakutia, such as preservation of small-scale schools in remote settlements, implementation of the mechanisms of the regulatory per capita financing, are examined; support of educational organizations taking into account the ethno-cultural characteristics of the rural population; establishment of branches of professional education and an annual increase in the target figures for admission to training programs for the training of skilled workers, mid-level professionals. The problem points of education in the region, as a lack of highly qualified teaching staff in organizations of general and additional education; material and technical condition of the buildings of educational organizations requiring major repairs; low speed of access to the Internet in the region, etc. are identified. Opportunities for the functioning of educational institutions of vocational education and their further development are exposed, taking into account the social and economic challenges and needs of the Russian Federation as a whole, the Northeast and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in particular. The forecasted professions and specialties demanded by the given region for 2020-2030 years in the field of geology, mining and gold mining industry, transport, energy, etc. have been determined. Research materials can be used in the process of developing proposals for making informed and adequate management decisions on development of the educational system in the region in the context of their modernization, taking into account the educational and production potential.
