Изложены исторические аспекты создания и 35-летней деятельности Института горного дела Севера ЯФ СО АН СССР, ныне - Федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения науки Института горного дела Севера им. Н.В. Черского Сибирского отделения Российской академии наук. Приведены некоторые аннотированные результаты фундаментальных и прикладных исследований сотрудников института в области геомеханики и горной теплофизики, открытой и подземной геотехнологий разработки месторождений криолитозоны, обогащения и глубокой переработки минерального сырья, геофизических методов исследований грунтов и массивов горных пород, промышленной геологии и геостатистики, геоэкономики освоения недр Севера. Отмечены существующие проблемы в деятельности института и основные задачи на будущее.
The main principles of accounting of geological-economic (technical-and-economic) clustering of solid mineral deposits with complex structure and composition in the adoption of geotechnical solutions of their effective development based on the analysis of knowledge and experience accumulated in last decades are formulated in the following areas: patterns 534 of spatial heterogeneity of minerals and elements contents fields, geological variables determining the conditions of deposits exploration, ores mining and processing; development of composite deposits; the development of the theory and practice of mineral processing, increased requirements and opportunities for technological mapping, quality management of being mined and processed ores; the advance of the concept of differentiated in space fields and dynamic in time operating conditions on mineral raw materials, etc. An objective need for the adoption of certain technical and technological decisions in the jointly constantly changing in time and space mining-and-geological and technical-economic parameters of development of deposits or their sections, excavation units is shown.
