Проведен анализ рождаемости, заболеваемости (первичной и общей) и смертности в Республике Саха (Якутия), в динамике за 10-летний период (2013-2022 гг.) Выявлены различия в структуре заболеваемости в Республике Саха (Якутия) и в Российской Федерации в целом. Определен пик показателей смертности городского и сельского населения Республики Саха (Якутия), обусловленный пандемией COVID-19. Установлены проблемные аспекты здравоохранения села, а также выявлены осложненные пандемией заболевания, требующие реабилитации. Результаты исследования следует учитывать органам и учреждениям здравоохранения для управленческих решений по противодействию вызовам и угрозам здоровью населения Республики Саха (Якутия), вызванным новой коронавирусной инфекцией
