This article presents the data from an analysis of the epidemiological situation on the incidence of syphilis in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (RS(Y)) for the period between 1982 and 2017. The highest incidence of syphilis in RS(Y) was in 1997, 1998, 1999, which coincided with the socio-economic transformations in society. Currently, there is a decrease in syphilis morbidity. Nevertheless, the high rate of late latent forms requires epidemiological monitoring. В статье представлены данные анализа эпидемиологической ситуации по заболеваемости сифилисом в Республике Саха (Якутия) (РС(Я)) за период с 1982 по 2017 гг. В 1997, 1998, 1999 гг., что совпало с социально-экономическими преобразованиями в обществе. В настоящее время отмечается снижение заболеваемости сифилисом. Тем не менее высокая частота поздних латентных форм требует эпидемиологического контроля.

Подготовка медицинских кадров в России является одной из самых актуальных в свете реализации национального проекта ҺЗдравоохранениеһ и ввиду перехода системы медицинского образования на новые стандарты обучения и непрерывное медицинское образование. Одной из непростых задач для медицинских вузов РФ становится подготовка врачей для работы в арктической зоне РФ, имеющей ряд характеристик: наличие малокомплектных лечебно-профилактических учреждений для обеспечения доступности медицинской помощи, высокая потребность населения в скорой медицинской, в том числе специализированной и санитарно-авиационной помощи, потребность в организации выездной формы оказания как первичной, так и специализированной медицинской помощи, высокий уровень госпитализации населения. Имеется реальная потребность в повышении качества медицинского образования. В статье показано повышение контрольных цифр приема студентов по специальностям медицинского и фармацевтического профиля, повышение числа студентов, заключивших договоры целевой подготовки, а также показана положительная динамика в распределении выпускников в районы Республики Саха (Якутия). Обозначена значимость закрепления медицинских кадров в северных регионах страны. Медицинский институт СВФУ осуществляет первичную, первичную специализированную и повторную аккредитацию специалистов. В статье представлена информация о ситуации по подготовке медицинских кадров в Арктической зоне России на примере Республики Саха (Якутия). Таким образом, в Медицинском институте созданы условия для достижения целевых показателей по федеральному проекту "Обеспечение медицинских организаций системы здравоохранения квалифицированными кадрами" Национального проекта "Здравоохранение".

Spatial distribution in the polar ionosphere of field-aligned currents density is studied by using data of the events on 20.11.03. Observable distributions are described in terms of three Regions of Iijima and Potemra, with taken into account in each Region of three types of spatial inhomogeneities. These inhomogeneitie were overlooked earlier. Dynamics of classical substorm current wedge SCW1, and the "current wedges" SCW2 and SCW3, both creating a polarization and amplification of the westward auroral electrojet, are described.

The group composition of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) in the Irelyakh field and their solubility in the composite solvents on the hexane base with the additives consisting of nonionic surface-active substances (NSAS) and concentrates of aromatic hydrocarbons is determined. The results of the investigations show that the additives Neonol AF-9-10 and liquid products of pyrolysis (LPP) are most efficient. The use of these additives allows to increase the efficiency of ARPD breaking and dissolving by 1,3 – 1,6 times as compared with a base solvent. It is shown that the increase in the concentration of individual additives from 0,5 to 3 % causes a decrease in the efficiency of detergent compounds.
