Дошкольные образовательные организации, функционирующие в условиях ограниченного функционирования родного языка воспитанников, нуждаются в научно-методической поддержке по реализации принципа учета этнокультурной ситуации развития ребенка, в том числе по созданию развивающей речевой среды. В связи с этим необходимо принятие научно обоснованных системных мер, направленных на повышение качества родной речи педагогов, создание необходимых базовых условий, в том числе цифровых ресурсов, развивающей речевой среды, специальной методики, раскрывающей речевой потенциал детей. В статье дано комплексное описание результатов исследования по созданию развивающей речевой среды на родном языке в дошкольных образовательных организациях. Представлены следующие результаты: (1) описание образовательных практик, построенных по принципу "одно лицо - один язык" и направленных на развитие у детей дошкольного возраста раннего двуязычия; (2) анализ основных проблем речевой среды в дошкольных образовательных организациях, функционирующих в билингвальной среде; (3) описание модели создания развивающей речевой среды на родном языке в дошкольных образовательных организациях на основе использования принципа "одно лицо - один язык" и понятия "развивающая речевая среда". Модель развивающей речевой среды на родном языке предназначена для использования детскими садами, реализующими образовательную программу в условиях билингвального пространства. При построении и реализации модели следует ответственно относиться к разработке каждого её компонента: стремиться к максимальному обогащению предметно-пространственной среды, обеспечивать непрерывное обучение работников родному языку воспитанников, совершенствовать и развивать частные методики речевого развития на родных языках, обеспечивать вовлечение в работу по речевому развитию детей всех участников образовательных отношений, включая родителей воспитанников.
Preschool educational organizations operating in conditions of limited functioning of the pupils' native language need scientific and methodological support to implement the principle of taking into account the ethnocultural situation of the child's development, including the creation of a developmental speech environment. In this regard, it is necessary to take scientifically based systemic measures aimed at improving the quality of teachers' native speech, creating the necessary basic conditions, including digital resources, a developing speech environment, and a special methodology that reveals the speech potential of children. The article provides a comprehensive description of the results of research on the creation of a developmental speech environment in the native language in preschool educational organizations. The following results are presented: (1) description of educational practices built on the principle of Һone person - one languageһ and aimed at developing early bilingualism in preschool children; (2) analysis of the main problems of the speech environment in preschool educational organizations operating in a bilingual environment; (3) description of the model for creating a developing speech environment in the native language in preschool educational organizations based on the use of the principle of Һone person - one languageһ and the concept of Һdeveloping speech environmentһ. The model of a developing speech environment in the native language is intended for use by kindergartens implementing an educational program in a bilingual environment. When constructing and implementing the model, one should take a responsible approach to the development of each of its components: strive to maximize the enrichment of the subject-spatial environment, ensure continuous training of workers in the native language of pupils, improve and develop private methods of speech development in native languages, ensure the involvement of children in speech development work all participants in educational relations, including parents of students.
