В данной статье рассматривается педагогический опыт заслуженной династии Романовых-Дьяконовых, который на разных временных отрезках оставил свой особенный след в образовательной системе республики. Начиная с родоначальника, Романова Иннокентия Михайловича, семья Романовых всегда была связана с русским языком, как с основой гуманитаризации образовательного процесса – обучения русскоязычных детей, попавших волею судьбы в сибирскую глубинку огромной страны; во-вторых, наоборот, обучение русскому языку сельских детей якутов, причем, не только непосредственно на уроках, в школе, а еще потому, что Дьяконова Матрена Петровна работала в соавторстве с учеными по созданию учебника по русскому языку в национальной школе. Немаловажна роль этой династии в управлении школами и в инновационном движении педагогического сообщества Республики Саха (Якутия).
This article examines the pedagogical experience of the honored Romanov-Dyakonov dynasty, which at different periods of time left its special mark on the educational system of the republic. The role of this dynasty in the management of schools and in the innovative movement of the pedagogical community of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is important.

Народная педагогика развивается в соответствии с требованиями жизни. Благодаря исследованиям академика Геннадия Никандровича Волкова основана наука о народной педагогике. В данной статье автор делится опытом работы Центра. Рассказывает как, используя народную педагогу можно приобщить детей к природе, труду, к высшим человеческим ценностям и идеалам. В статье рассматривается тема применения педагогических технологий в семейном воспитании, поддержка родительских инициатив. Автор даёт краткую характеристику четырёх педагогических технологий, которые использует в работе с семьями, приводит примеры совместных мероприятий. В статье автор сделал вывод о том, что использование педагогических технологий в сотрудничестве с родителями, тщательное изучение семей, планирование и проведение совместных мероприятий является залогом успешности ребёнка в будущем. Статья будет полезна классным руководителям, завучам по воспитательной работе.
