In recent years, our country, including the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), has been actively implementing state national and language policies that attach great importance to the mission of education to preserve the languages and cultures of the peoples of Russia. In 2023, the Concept of Teaching the Yakut Language, Literature and Culture was adopted, the first congress of teachers of native languages of indigenous peoples of the North was held, among the main problems noted was the lack of monitoring of the quality of ethnocultural education. In 2024, the development of a comprehensive system for assessing the quality of education in the native language, studying the culture of indigenous peoples of the region began. The article presents the result of the first stage of applied research, during which a general model for monitoring ethnocultural education was designed, consisting of four components: (1) monitoring of the management of ethnocultural education, conducted by the ministry in all educational organizations;(2) monitoring of speech development of children in their native language in the form of longitudinal studies on selective tracking and documentation of the development of oral and written speech (corpus of educational texts), the formation of ethnocultural competencies; (3) monitoring the quality of educational achievements in the subject area "Native language and native literature", extracurricular activities on national culture; (4) monitoring of public opinion on the quality of ethnocultural education. The author describes the results of testing the first component of comprehensive monitoring —systematic standardized observation of the state of ethnocultural education and the mechanism for it simple mentation using an automated information system, and provides recommendations for it simple mentation in practice.

The article presents the results of a cross-cultural study of socio-cultural factors of moral conformity, using the Republic of Buryatia, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Republic of Tuva, Novosibirsk, and Moscow as examples. A total of 201 respondents participated in the study. Socio-cultural factors examined included M. Bond and K. Leung's social axioms and G. Triandis' cultural orientations. Moral conformity was measured by the difference in responses to classical sacrificial dilemmas and dilemmas in a virtual space, with no pressure in the first presentation and passive pressure in the second presentation. The passive pressure was introduced by providing information about the percentage of "Acceptableһ or ҺUnacceptable" responses to the dilemma from a previous study. The findings revealed that the phenomenon of moral conformity manifests in both classical sacrificial dilemmas and virtual space dilemmas, under all directions of pressure. Moral conformity showed very weak correlations with socio-cultural factors and exhibited no regional differences. The results confirm that moral conformity depends more on external situational factors (pressure) than on internal factors, including socio-cultural ones.

An urgent problem of modern pedagogy is career guidance work with schoolchildren, since the choice of a future profession affects a person's life. The low availability of doctors is due to the fact that a student, having studied at a Medical university, changes his profession, since the expectations associated with professional activity do not correspond to reality. In recent years, admission to medical universities has become possible with the conclusion of targeted employment contracts upon graduation. When a student with a target contract is expelled, a potential employer has the right to demand reimbursement of the funds spent on training a failed specialist. Reimbursement of tuition fees can be demanded in three times the amount, which is a big problem for the student's parents. Painstaking career guidance is needed with students who plan to enroll in medical schools. The purpose of the study is to study the opinion of 1st year students of the Medical Institute of Northeastern Federal University who enrolled after graduating from high school about their choices, expectations and results. First-year students of medical institutes have a poor understanding of their chosen profession, focusing on the opinions of parents, teachers, relatives and friends. The size of the future salary and the relevance of the specialty are important for students. Many students doubt their chosen profession. But some students understand that the work of a doctor is a great responsibility, requiring constant updating of knowledge, filling out accounting documentation, moral and psychological efforts. The profession of a doctor requires selfless service and dedication to the chosen cause.

This article discusses the problem of quality of teaching in the subject of chemistry. The main problem in teaching the subject is the insufficient development of intellectual and creative abilities among students. To develop intellectual and creative abilities in the subject of chemistry, we have proposed conducting elective courses and solving Olympiad problems in the subject ҺChemistryһ. School Olympiads in the academic subject ҺChemistryһ are held as additional extracurricular activities. The main goal of the study is to develop a methodology for developing intellectual and creative abilities among students in the subject ҺChemistryһ. The objective of the study is to develop a methodological model and methodology for achieving intellectual results of students through the school Olympiad in chemistry. When conducting the study, the need to study the problem associated with preparing students for subject Olympiads in the subject ҺChemistryһ was substantiated, effective methods and methods of preparation were identified, which further contribute to the formation of scientific thinking in students. The study presents examples of Olympiad problems, a plan for the preparation, organization and conduct of an elective course in the subject ҺChemistryһ. When working according to the developed plan, students will develop skills in solving non-standard problems using a creative approach. Training was conducted with solving Olympiad problems and participating in quizzes. After the training stage, a control was carried out to identify the level of development of figurative memory and intellectual skills. The development of figurative memory after the training stage is distributed as follows: for the control group the level was 28,57 %, for the experimental group 43,60 %. The level of development of intellectual skills was also determined: for the control group it was 23,80 %, for the experimental group it was 47,90 %. Thus, we can conclude that when solving Olympiad problems during chemistry lessons, students will be motivated and interested in learning the subject, and will be able to master new material faster and more efficiently.

The article examines the results of a study on the stereotyped image of the Yakut ethnic group in the virtual space. The study was based on content analysis of comments on popular videos reflecting stereotypes about Yakut people. In the first stage of the research, sources of stereotypes were identified, including media, social networks, and other platforms. Three popular videos with the highest number of views, which reflected stereotypes about Yakuts, were selected. In the second stage, 57,500 comments were analyzed, out of which 10,700 comments related to the stereotyped image of Yakuts were selected. Text semantic analysis methods and categorization of semantic units were used for data analysis. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the image of Yakuts in the virtual space is generally positive. Most comments contained positive emotional evaluations and reviews about Yakuts. Neutral comments confirmed or refuted facts, and negative comments were contradictory and covered various aspects of reality. The analysis of the content of the Yakut image by structural components showed that in the virtual space, Yakuts are attributed with positive personal qualities such as generosity, bravery, and kindness. Their cohesion, adherence to traditions, and success in various fields of activity are also noted. The study confirms that the internet space plays a significant role in shaping the image of ethnic groups. The heterogeneity of the ethnic group's image may indicate diverse experiences of interacting with representatives of the ethnic group and/or the availability of information about the ethnic group online. The formed image of the ethnic group on the internet can influence the way and character of interpreting the behavior of ethnic group members in real life. The study was conducted within the framework of a research project and is an important contribution to the study of the internet's influence on the formation of an ethnic group's image.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the possibility of psychological risks in the context of digital learning sets researchers the task of preserving the main goal of university education by creating conditions, methods, technologies aimed at the development, formation and formation of personality in professional, social, and cultural relations. In this article, by using the developed online lecture form, studies of the effectiveness of increasing motivation with a new online lecture format at the Engineering and Technical Institute of the Northeastern Federal University have been conducted. Lectures on engineering geodesy for the direction of "construction" were chosen for research, the discipline is general, according to the curriculum it is studied in the first year, lectures are conducted in-line, more than 467 students participated in the experiment for 4 years. The empirical studies carried out allow the author to put forward the version that not only the intellectual abilities of students are important in educational activities in the conditions of the university's digital education system, but it is equally important to consider motivation as a factor of success in studies. The author suggests that online lectures, in modern conditions, having various forms, types, should have an activity concept, using the functions of digital technology, and this is considered as an opportunity to increase the success of motivation for educational activities. In conclusion, the author suggests that the positive results of experimental studies confirm the validity of the assumptions made about motivation as a factor of success in educational activities in the context of digital learning. At the same time, the conducted research showed the need for further development of the problem of motivation in pedagogical, social and psychological contexts in the conditions of modern digital society.

One of the main problems in universities is professional and methodological preparation of students for teaching activities. The transition to new educational standards, which in essence are a methodological basis for determining the success of educational institutions and the effectiveness of the learning process both for higher education and the entire school education system, dictates a different approach to the preparation and assessment of the achieved competencies stated in the Federal State Educational Standards. After all, it is known that the future success of not only the school graduate, but also the educational institution itself depends on the level of preparation and relevance of the graduate in the labor market. At the same time, in the actual training practice of future teachers in universities, a number of questions arise, for example: "how to determine the degree of readiness of a university graduate receiving professional training?", "how to measure and evaluate the level of their professional competence?". The purpose of the article is to substantiate the use of practice-oriented educational tasks as a means of forming and assessing the professional competence of future chemistry teachers. The study used general theoretical methods of generalization, systematization, analysis, comparison and questioning. Research results and key conclusions: a set of practice-oriented educational tasks has been developed for the training of future chemistry teachers and a procedure for assessing the level of professional competence has been proposed.

Preschool educational organizations operating in conditions of limited functioning of the pupils' native language need scientific and methodological support to implement the principle of taking into account the ethnocultural situation of the child's development, including the creation of a developmental speech environment. In this regard, it is necessary to take scientifically based systemic measures aimed at improving the quality of teachers' native speech, creating the necessary basic conditions, including digital resources, a developing speech environment, and a special methodology that reveals the speech potential of children. The article provides a comprehensive description of the results of research on the creation of a developmental speech environment in the native language in preschool educational organizations. The following results are presented: (1) description of educational practices built on the principle of Һone person - one languageһ and aimed at developing early bilingualism in preschool children; (2) analysis of the main problems of the speech environment in preschool educational organizations operating in a bilingual environment; (3) description of the model for creating a developing speech environment in the native language in preschool educational organizations based on the use of the principle of Һone person - one languageһ and the concept of Һdeveloping speech environmentһ. The model of a developing speech environment in the native language is intended for use by kindergartens implementing an educational program in a bilingual environment. When constructing and implementing the model, one should take a responsible approach to the development of each of its components: strive to maximize the enrichment of the subject-spatial environment, ensure continuous training of workers in the native language of pupils, improve and develop private methods of speech development in native languages, ensure the involvement of children in speech development work all participants in educational relations, including parents of students.

This article is devoted to curatorship at the university. The authors of the article developed a questionnaire and conducted a survey among fifth-year students of the Northeastern Federal University. The curator's work consists of educational (monitoring the progress of students), scientific (preparation of joint scientific work, articles, leadership of the scientific circle) activities, control over the settlement of students in the dormitory, duty in the dormitory, extracurricular (visiting theaters, movies, concerts, etc.), educational work (holding meetings, curatorial hours, work with the parents of students), etc. The purpose of the survey was to study the opinion of students about the necessary activities of curators. The 5th year students of the Medical Institute of the Northeastern Federal University were interviewed using a questionnaire developed by the authors of the article. These types of activities were reflected in the questionnaire. According to the analysis of the students' responses, the following results were obtained: students need curators. Curators quickly settle problems with settling into the dormitory, conflicts with other teachers and students, promptly notify about changes in the schedule and rules of the session. Students like to spend time with curators: participate in university events, attend movies, theaters, concerts. At the same time, students have a negative attitude to the work of curators with their parents, consider themselves adults who can solve their problems themselves. The institute of curators at the university is necessary, as it allows you to quickly and efficiently convey information to students from the university administration. Curatorship is a measure of prevention of student expulsions, which allows you to maintain a contingent of students.
