The article is based on the results of the project ҺAssessment, main trends of changes and socio-economic status, human potential of the Eastern Economic Zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)һ, the Program for Comprehensive Scien tific Research in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), financing for the development of its productive forces and social sphere in 2016-2020. Positive tendencies in the development of the system of general, professional and additional education in Eastern Yakutia, such as preservation of small-scale schools in remote settlements, implementation of the mechanisms of the regulatory per capita financing, are examined; support of educational organizations taking into account the ethno-cultural characteristics of the rural population; establishment of branches of professional education and an annual increase in the target figures for admission to training programs for the training of skilled workers, mid-level professionals. The problem points of education in the region, as a lack of highly qualified teaching staff in organizations of general and additional education; material and technical condition of the buildings of educational organizations requiring major repairs; low speed of access to the Internet in the region, etc. are identified. Opportunities for the functioning of educational institutions of vocational education and their further development are exposed, taking into account the social and economic challenges and needs of the Russian Federation as a whole, the Northeast and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in particular. The forecasted professions and specialties demanded by the given region for 2020-2030 years in the field of geology, mining and gold mining industry, transport, energy, etc. have been determined. Research materials can be used in the process of developing proposals for making informed and adequate management decisions on development of the educational system in the region in the context of their modernization, taking into account the educational and production potential.

Article reveals the problem of transdisciplinary approach expediency in teacher training as one of the new and perspective approaches in pedagogical education development. This approach orients on the modern education to be fundamental, higher, qualified and aimed to develop versatile and universal knowledge of every particular person, teacher, whose activity oriented to the solution of complex problems in Һnature - human - societyһ system. The author suggests to use transdisciplinary approach in teacher training from this particular position, especially for the northern schools as ethno-cultural education is natural and cross-curriculum in origin. Article defines general theoretical approaches, represents the vision of the aim and mechanisms of this approach implementation in pedagogical education development, that is rare phenomenon in pedagogy itself, particularly in the ethno-cultural education context.

Significant interest in the Arctic zone of Yakutia emerged at the end of the 20th century, when alluvial diamond deposits were discovered and began to be developed. The Arctic also has great prospects for hydrocarbons. At the present time there is a struggle for the development of natural resources of the Arctic, in this connection the relevance of the Arctic theme in Yakut literature as a whole increases. The Arctic is a mysterious, harsh northern land, which at the same time is very beautiful and dangerous. The land of White Silence fascinated and attracted explorers, travellers and romantics. Not only masters of words, but also artists, pedagogues, philosophers turned their eyes to the world of childhood as an integral part of people's life. Memories of childhood spent in the harsh northern land, of its courageous inhabitants - reindeer herders, hunters, fishermen - became the material for the literary works of the national writer of Yakutia, poet, prose writer Semyon Andreevich Popov-Tumat. In the works of the writer we get acquainted with the difficult life of the indigenous people of the North with their traditions, ways of life, with their feelings and dreams. We have analysed cycles of children's proses written by Semyon Tumat. In the stories of the writer contains a lot of cognitive information about the life of a simple man, a northerner, a master, transforming this harsh land and the amazing country of snow, endless sky, illuminated by the polar lights, the wonderful world of the Arctic. S. Tumat's prose does not glorify tenderness or mercy. In the works of the writer the most important themes are: the theme of childhood, upbringing, family, faith, willpower, the theme of nature, friendship and love. However, love for his native northern land, parents, the world of the Arctic appears in the works of a strong feeling, imprinted forever on the heroes. Semyon Andreevich approached to the disclosure of this issue individually; thinking over the style and details of the narrative, composition of the works, character and psychology of the heroes.

The main purpose of the study was to analyze the lexical units involved in the representation of the URE ‘mountain’ concept in the language picture of the world of the Evenks. The identification of word meanings involved the examination of bilingual dictionaries of the Evenk language and field records of authentic texts narrated by informants who knew the Evenk and Russian languages well. According to the source study, the lexemes ure , a , and are the most commonly used representations of the concept URE in the Evenks’ world picture. The analysis revealed the meaning of lexemes ure , a , and allowed their semes to be identified. The ure lexeme was found to have the semes: ‘overgrown with trees,’ ‘low hill,’ ‘inhabited by moose, bears, and other wild animals,’ and ‘master spirit of the mountain.’ The following semes were found for the lexeme : ‘stony,’ ‘covered with grass or reindeer moss,’ ‘inhabited by wild deer,’ ‘suitable for residence in summer,’ suitable for roaming,’ ‘suitable for deer grazing in summer,’ and ‘a good place for hiding deers from wolves.’ The lexeme is characterized by the semes: ‘rocky,’ ‘high,’ ‘made of stones,’ ‘cool place,’ and ‘inhabited by bighorn sheep, tarbagans, and musk deer.’ A conclusion is made that the URE ‘mountain’ concept formation was influenced by Evenks’ hunting and nomadic lifestyle combined with their animistic views on nature. The URE ‘mountain’ concept is a part of the BUGA ‘world’ concept structure.

The article considers rational schemes for cutting the tracks of linear objects using felling-skidding-processing machines. A comparative analysis with modern, most common technological processes of cutting tracks of linear objects is carried out. Based on the analysis of literary sources and production experience in the field of logging, the possibility of using these machines is justified not only according to the classical scheme, but also, if necessary, in the roll-packing mode, with the involvement of an additional skidding tractor. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The article analyzes an approach to modeling the mechanism of grabbing and dragging the harvester head in the process of pruning branches of coniferous and deciduous trees of complex shapes in various natural and industrial conditions. The type of trees under consideration differs in different geometric shapes of trunks and shapes of branch sizes. The presented modern grabbing, cutting and bucking devices (harvester heads) are not effective enough for processing such trees in various conditions. To solve these problems, head design projects are required that meet the tasks set. To do this, it is necessary to simulate the process based on the original tree models with realistic geometry. The main designs of harvester heads have original derivative models that perform basic functions such as feeding the barrel using a feeding mechanism and cutting branches with grab knives. These models, identified experimentally, make it possible to predict well the interactions between different parts of the block and trees. The simulation results are in good agreement with the observed behavior of the actual operation of the system and represent a design support tool for the development of innovative concepts of harvester blocks. At this stage, there is a need to simulate and analyze two types of feeding mechanisms when pruning branches. The feeding mechanism of the roller harvester head and the pulse type head. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The article discusses the experience of testing machine technology for logging forest care, and demonstrates its capabilities. The approbation was carried out on forest plots located in the Perm Region, where the company LLC Ponsse (the official representative of the Finnish company PONSSE in Russia), a group of enterprises PCBC, LLC Reid, and LLC PKF Gidroservice (dealer of PONSSE in the Perm Region) laid trial areas to analyze the possibilities of various brands Ponsse machines, operator training, and refinement of optimal technological techniques. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The article identifies the forms and types of accumulating the khomus (Sakha mouth harp) culture, in particular, the experience of systematization, determination of teaching methods and intensification of efforts aimed at preserving and transmitting the traditions of khomus musical heritage. The results of the author’s project and research activities as a folklore collector, philologist, teacher and educational program developer are substantiated. The ways of preserving, developing and popularizing the performing local tradition of playing the khomus are determined, an analysis of the forms and types of organizational pedagogical work on the reconstruction of the Vilyui (Suntar) school of playing the khomus is presented. The study also examines the problem of preserving and further developing traditional culture, the functioning of the mechanism of reproduction, transformation and accumulation of the accumulated local ethnocultural heritage of the Sakha people in the khomus culture. The theoretical and methodological basis were the works of E.S. Markaryan, I.E. Alekseev-Khomus Uibaan, A.P. Bozhedonova, A.A. Grigorieva, G.S. Popova, etc. The results of the study can be applied in developing the scientific foundations of the ethnocultural content of khomus performing traditions in the sections of regional cultural studies, musical folklore and Yakut traditional music, as well as in testing the conditions, forms and means necessary for the development of educational programs for a traditional school of playing the Yakut khomus.

The relevance of the topic is determined by insufficient study of Evenk literature in Russia and China. This is typical of literary studies and criticism of both countries. Meanwhile, within the framework of Russian language teaching, foreign students study the literature of the peoples of Russia in order to form sociocultural competence. The NEFU has an experience of familiarising students from China with the literatures of small-numbered peoples of the North and Evenki literature in particular. The aim of the paper is to present the author’s experience of educational familiarisation of students from China with Evenki folklore and Evenki literature of Russia in the context of cultural ties of the border territories and literary traditions of prose formation of the Arctic peoples. Objectives of our research: 1. To describe the author’s experience of teaching Chinese students in the framework of teaching Evenki folklore and literary disciplines; 2. To present methodological techniques in working with the national artistic text in order to form sociocultural and communicative competences of foreign students. The result of the study is a description of the practice of “included reading” of the Russian-language novel “Ganya Khmurov” by an Evenki man of Chinese origin Gamallil Gantimurov. The ways of adapting the texts of Chinese Evenki folklore and fiction novel for reading by foreign students, as well as the method of “included reading” are proposed for the first time.

The article analyzes the activities carried out within the framework of the Federal project "Runway for Young Professionals. New Regions", which is aimed at developing additional skills in working with projects of a single enterprise in modern conditions and in the future securing young specialists at strategically important enterprises of a single subject of the Russian Federation. Project teams are formed from among senior students of economic and technical profiles. In order to go through all stages of the project, students undergo a survey, including criteria for determining the assessment of motivation taking into account the needs of the future employer, and also attend various events (participation in a project on the instructions of a specific enterprise, defending a project, internship at an enterprise in a certain position and receiving a job assignment as young specialist), developing additional skills and competencies.
